I am a big fan of pleasure. It is so easy to get in the habit of taking good care of ourselves. When you’re busy getting ready for the next day, it is easy to think about taking care of your body when you’re in bed, or even before you have sex. It’s so easy to get caught up in the pursuit of pleasure, forget that there is a time when you have to be mindful of how things work.
The problem is most of us are too caught up in that pursuit. We are so often thinking about that pursuit, that we forget to be mindful. If you are taking the time to think about how you are spending your time at this moment, you are likely to not only get in touch with your true feelings, but also take advantage of your time more wisely and take more care.
This is something the makers of The Pleasure Way have realized too. They created the concept of a “pleasure way” as a way to help people stop thinking about what they should be doing with their free time. I had been reading a lot of James Altucher, who is a meditation teacher, and I was reading his book The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and I was really impressed. However, I had a hard time getting into the book because it seemed so complicated. I wanted to find a step-by-step guide to meditation. I couldn’t find one. So I decided to combine the ideas of meditation and the Pleasure Way to create my own meditation practice.
The Pleasure Way is the concept of “going deep” and “feeling your body”. It’s like an exercise you can do all day, but I actually feel like doing for 30 minutes a day. It’s like a meditation with a physical component.
This really is a great tool for anyone who wants to meditate and is interested in learning more about the human mind and body. It has really helped me to shift my perspective from an over-reliant on my mind and body to feel more connected to the people around me.
Pleasure ways and all that jazz, I’m not a big fan of. But I’ve always found it interesting that this idea of going deep and feeling your body is something that makes so much sense. If you think about it, most of our lives involve a lot of movement, so all of our thoughts and actions are driven by movements. In a way, to feel your body is like going deep to the ocean and feeling it.
I think it’s because I’ve always been fascinated with how different cultures in the ‘90s and the ‘00s were so obsessed with having a good time. I think that the American’s are the people who go to the gym, who go to the spa, who go to the bowling alley at the mall.
