My two cents: I think the best way to sell yourself as an expert is to offer to solve the problem you are looking to solve. As I was saying earlier, I think that’s probably the best way to sell yourself unless you are actually an expert in that particular problem. If you actually do have that expertise, then you have to be willing to sell it.
